CY-CYoga-Chair/Gentle Yoga:
Improve your overall fitness routine with gentle slow stretches in the Chair and/or on
the mat to assist you in preventing Injuries and to build core strength as well as to
balance your body in a fun relaxing way so you can use it in everyday life’s demands.

TheraYoga - Thera/Restorative Yoga:
Balancing Body, Mind & Breath can assist you in manage your pain and everyday stress .
This class includes meditation, guided imagery and physical movements in a non-invasive
way. Using yoga to restore your health. It may include Mukunda's "Joint freeing Series"
and Yoga Mudra's "Yoga with your hands" as well as movements and sounds. Requirements:
must be able to move from standing to the floor without help .
YST - Yoga for Stress Relief:
Discover in an on-going yoga class the breath, body & mind awareness, allowing the
physical body to strengthen stretching the weak /tired muscle groups .
One on One Yoga
Enhances the components of fitness that may have an imbalance that would affect one’s
ability to exercise. Yoga Therapy provides treatment to individuals to develop, maintain
and restore maximum movement and function throughout life. This includes providing
treatment in circumstances where movement and function are threatened by aging, injury,
disease or environmental factors.

One-on-One for Golfers:
Flexibility, strength, balance, focus, visualization are all key components in playing better
golf and life a balanced live. Take a 45 minute flexibility and strength assessment to
determine your personal strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion a personal program
can be designed for you to enhance your golf performance .
YFG - Yoga for Golfers: New sessions will start in March / April 2011
Focus is on balance, strength, flexibility and breath awareness in a group setting. Bring
one golf club with you which will assist you in your Yoga session.
